Our day trip will depart from Athens City to visit one of the most important Archeological Sites of Greece, Corinth Canal, Mycenae Archaeological Site and Poros Island.
Our first stop will be at the Corinth Canal with the breathtaking view that connects the Corinthian Gulf with the Saronic Gulf, than will be on our way to visit the atmospheric ruins of Mycenae Archaeological Site.
There we will visit the Mycenae Archaeological Site and to discover the famous Tomb of King Agamemnon as well as the Lion’s Gate with the impressive Cyclopean Walls. The Mycenae Archaeological Site, where Agamemnons Palace was built, was a powerful center of the second half of Bronze Age (1600-1100 BC).
Our tour continues along the coastal road to the village Of Galatas, where we take the local ferry to Poros Island. Poros is an island with with lots of pine trees that cover the small hills and has very nice beaches. The town of Poros is build on the small peninsula of Sferia .
